LuisHernandez We've all come to dRonin for the autotune as even a pilot with the worst tuning skills can properly tune a quad. I am a "bad" pilot so cannot say for pure acro (which lots of pilot do love in betaflight), but whenever you need a bit of assistance, dRonin feels a lot more locked and relaxing than betaflight. If you are more into "acro" stuff, LQG does really work in dRonin. dRonin is also navigation capable. You do not really a black box in dRonin as the autotune does it all for you (it's not just the PID, you also get a graph with predicted and actual movements, including noise and vibrations).
On the negative side, people do consider the ground-station as "old fashioned", dRonin support less flight controllers. Last but not leat the community is much smaller than the betaflight one.
This being said the openlagger should just work fine on betaflight.
