I'm having trouble compiling the Android GCS after following the basic guide (https://github.com/d-ronin/dRonin/wiki/Development-Android-development-environment-setup)
The issue is that my local dR branch is modified; I have removed a few UAVOs deemed unnecessary for freestyle miniquads - i.e. camstab and storm32bgc (soooo many references to delete..!)
The reason I 'need' the Android GCS is that my build has SmartAudio so I have enabled VTXConfig in it's custom target. It is a target with Character OSD; obviously without full Graphical OSD I have no means of changing setting other than via GCS.
I am planning to implement some form of changing settings from the transmitter (either a TxPID option or a simple characterOSD menu) but that's not going to be for a little while. Anyway;
After removing some UAVOs the flight firmware does not correctly communicate with a 'standard' GCS; so I need to also compile the matched Android version.
"make all" compiles my GCS and firmwares without a single error, but unfortunately "make andriodgcs" does not. I get this:
$ make -j6 androidgcs
fatal: Not a valid object name
Makefile:574: recipe for target '/mnt/userdata/compiler/dRonin/build/uavo-collections/Release-20170213/uavo-xml.tar' failed
make: *** [/mnt/userdata/compiler/dRonin/build/uavo-collections/Release-20170213/uavo-xml.tar] Error 128
I've had a pretty good scour on my own but can't seem to work out where the expected list of UAVOs are stashed for the AGCS.
Would someone kindly be able to point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance
